This looks like a regional contest which is open across the US (excluding FL/NY and Puerto Rico). The Times Media Company is offering a chance to win a Chevy Cruze. This contest does not require you to be present to win. Ok! However, you do have to click a time period for which you are considering a new purchase or lease. For me...over a year, because with any luck I am going to win one of these cars I am entering the contests for... :)
